KuBo Bag-i n Bag-out (BIBO) filter blocks are a set of filters used in an exhaust system to prevent the leakage of harmful and pollutants. KuBo’s fully sealed design provides a safe and reliable way to replace filter inserts and effectively prevents secondary air pollution.

Application area

It is used for filtering exhaust air in the pharmaceutical industry, exhaust air for biolaboratories and hospital containment areas, as well as for filtering industrial emissions.

Sealed bag

Each filtration stage in the filter block is equipped with a service package, which is about 2 m long, as well as a complete set of sealing rubbers.
An optional model is supplied equipped with 2 inner gloves for easy replacement of filter inserts. The filter insert is replaced inside a sealed bag, which avoids contact of the air inside the channel with the surrounding air, thereby ensuring the safety of the operating personnel and the environment.

Tightness

Robust welded body construction. The pressurization pressure is ±3kPa, and the leak test is carried out at a pressure of at least 2.5kPa before leaving the factory, which is in line with the requirements of GB 50346-2011 and JG/T 497-2016.

Additionally

Equipped with one or more filtration stages with a high efficiency filter, and various options are available: coarse / fine sections, chemical filtration sections, carbon filter, double high efficiency filtration sections, etc. Non-standard filter section can be designed upon request.

Installation method

Standard installation is horizontal installation. Vertical mounting is also allowed.

Additional accessories

Sealed shut-off valve to shut off the air flow. The particle scan option is used to test the filter for leaks. Differential pressure gauge/differential pressure transducer that monitors the differential pressure before and after the filter. Fitting for disinfection. It is completed with connecting branch pipes of various diameter.
