Characteristics

JCE is a cyclone filter designed to remove grease from professional kitchens. The cyclone separator works according to the centrifugal-impact principle and is suitable for filtering fat particles from the air. Due to the structure of the product, the grease filter is fireproof.

Each filter has its own oiler that separates the grease.

The dividers are easy to remove and wash in the dishwasher. The JCE grease filter unit is equipped as standard with a round extract air duct, as well as an air flow damper and a measuring cock.
