The KuWe downflow chamber provides vertical one-way laminar airflow and creates a negative pressure self-circulating clean microenvironment that can effectively filter out harmful dust and other pollutants generated during manufacturing or biological operations.
During weighing, sampling and storage of materials, the release of particles and reagents is controlled to prevent inhalation and cross-contamination from personnel.
Application area
It is used in pharmaceutical, laboratory, biological research and other areas where strict purity control is required in weighing and sampling processes, as well as in other technological segments.
Design
To ensure no leaks, a stainless steel case with a two-layer construction is used.
Modular design, many parts are connected together, easy to disassemble, convenient for packing and transportation.
Intelligent control
The touch screen control system can monitor real-time data and adjust the airflow rate. It can also automatically adjust the fan speed based on the data from the anemometer to achieve the best working conditions.
Additionally
Additional functional filtration stages including coarse filter, fine filter, HEPA, carbon filter and
etc. On special request, a box with non-contact filter change can be designed.
Testing
The factory conducts Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and IQ/OQ/DQ inspections, reporting test results and
documentation. On-site testing includes: filter leak test, dust particle test, airflow rate test, noise level test, airflow uniformity test, airflow type test, light test, electrical safety test, etc.
Additional options
Models are available with anti-corrosion coating and explosion-proof coating for weighing in difficult conditions.
