The KuCe air shower is a versatile spot cleaning chamber. KuCe is installed at the entrance to the clean area, which can significantly reduce contamination during the process of personnel entering and leaving the clean room.

Personnel and items are blown through with airflow before entering the clean area. Clean air can remove dust particles carried by personnel and objects, effectively blocking dust and reducing pollution sources from entering the clean area.

Application area

Used in microelectronics, medicine, food, chemical industry, laboratories, automotive and other industries, installed between clean and dirty areas or between clean areas of different purity classes.

Design

The modular design is disassembled and transported.
Lockable doors on both sides allow it to act as an air lock, preventing uncleaned air from entering the clean area.

High security

The inside of the air shower and the doors on both sides are equipped with emergency switches that allow the doors on both sides to be opened immediately in case of an emergency.

The main circuit breaker in the air shower chamber allows you to immediately stop the operation of the chamber in case of an emergency and open the doors on both sides at the same time, which facilitates the rapid evacuation of personnel.

Working mode

There are three normal air shower operation modes：
1) Entry from one side. At the entrance, a jet of clean air is blown out.
2) Entrance of two sides and shower at the entrance to the clean area.
3) Entrance of two sides and showers at the entrance and exit from the clean area.

Control

A programmable linear controller is used for control, as well as a touch panel.

Filtration

The coarse filter (G4) is located at the bottom of the extract air panel. The HEPA filter (H13 (EN1822)) is located behind the nozzles on both sides of the air shower chamber. Optionally available for non-contact replacement of filter inserts.
