The KuTa laminar flow transport box is used for the sterile transportation of workers, instruments and materials in the production process, effectively preventing external contamination during transportation.

Used in the pharmaceutical industry for aseptic transport of raw materials, finished products and semi-finished products, as well as docking with filling machines and isolators to ensure the transport of products under prescribed conditions of high purity.

Design

The body and frame are made of high quality stainless steel, the surface is treated and has good resistance to alcohol and other disinfectants and cleaning agents.
The service window is made of tempered glass.
Depending on the transported materials, you can choose the option for the execution of doors.
Built-in rechargeable battery, battery life is 4-6 hours.

Airflow mode

Air supply mode – vertical laminar flow.
Clean air enters from top to bottom, the air flow rate is 0.36~0.45 m/s. The air flow in the shelf transport chamber is generally horizontal, and the clean air is blown horizontally from the side, which can ensure that the goods on the shelves at each level are blown with clean air.

Control

The touch screen allows you to display and adjust the flow rate.

Versions

The laminar flow transport box chamber can be manufactured in various configurations upon request:
– option with a platform for transporting items that can be placed directly on the tabletop;
– option with a vessel for transporting liquid, semi-solid or powder materials;
– version with a platform with a lifting mechanism for connecting filling machines or insulators of different heights;
– option with shelves for moving objects and materials of small volume.

The laminar flow transport box can be equipped with work gloves to facilitate the work of personnel.
