Characteristics

The Condair ESCO system supplies steam from an on-site steam generator to the humidification section or duct of the ventilation unit. The special design of the system avoids the presence of condensate in the steam that enters the ventilation system.

The productivity of the Condair ESCO is up to 1000 kg of steam per hour; admissible steam pressure – up to 4 bar. The swivel ceramic disc valve provides very precise control and full tightness when closed. Patented nozzles extract hot and dry steam from the very middle of the steam jet. This eliminates the risk of condensate, which can form on the colder walls of the steam pipe, getting into the supply air.

Unlike other ready steam supply systems, the Condair ESCO steam distribution system does not use preheating, but eliminates the possibility of condensate entering the air stream by limiting the heat exchange between the steam pipe and the air. Since there is no pre-heating time loss, the Condair ESCO system has less inertia and allows you to more precisely maintain the required air humidity.
