CRF diffusers with high-efficiency HEPA filters are used in clean rooms where it is necessary to maintain a high level of air purity, for example, in the pharmaceutical industry, in operating rooms and intensive care units, laboratories, industrial premises of environmentally friendly production (electronics, food industry), etc.

The housing is equipped with two measuring nipples for measuring the actual resistance on the filter (to control the degree of filter contamination).

Materials

The diffuser is made of galvanized steel sheet with powder coating inside and outside in RAL9016 color (electrostatic painting). Other colors are available upon request. The standard HEPA filter is H14 class. The HEPA filter is equipped with a rubber or gel seal and two meshes, the frame is made of aluminum.

Installation

CRF diffusers are designed for installation in suspended plasterboard ceilings, as well as in cassette ceilings (T-profile). The hangers located on the diffuser body are designed for free hanging.
